Puppies should not need to be bathed before weaning-this occurs at 6-8 weeks of age.  Before this point the mother should be bathing the pups to keep them clean.  They should also not be in an environment where they are getting very dirty.
When bathing puppies make sure you use warm water and dry them off as thoroughly as possible.  Puppies are very sensitive to hypothermia and need to be kept warm.
Use a gentle oatmeal based dog shampoo.  Do not bath more frequently than once a week.  Dogs do not sweat and when they are bathed more frequently it strips their coats of natural oils.  Most dogs require bathing every 3-6 weeks.
Bathing will not interfere with vaccinations.

The puppies don't need a bath up to the age of five months because they are usually using some vaccines up to this age and are sensitive to cold. The dogs don't need frequent bath but when ever you go to bath him take all precautions like mild hot place and dog shampoo etc.
