    Can I Break My Lease In An Apartment If I Am Buying A Home?

    I live in an apartment right now in the state of Florida. We are looking to buy a house and I was told if you move into a house you can break your lease with out penalties.

    It totally depends on your agreement with the landlord and even on your personal relations with him. If there is no such clause then you might get away with it. But in most of the cases, you will have to pay the penalties.
