My philips 37 ' LCD pixcel plus TV has problem to turn on. After power on, the green light flash, then red light flash on. Could you tell me what is the problem?

This is an error code. If you watch the red light flash it will have a pattern. Flash 3 times-pause-4 times-pause, etc. There will be a longer pause and start over. Count each one and write them down. Now the hard part, call Philips and see if they will give you a tech that knows what the code indicates. Good luck, Philips customer service is bad.
