I Am 65, Can I Withdraw My 401k, And Pay Income Tax On The Distribution?

Answer Question

Yes, you can withdraw and pay income tax.  You may want to talk to a tax accountant so he can figure an estimate of the taxes you would pay --- compare tax rate of withdrawing all the money now compared to taking distributions over several years.     If you are still working, that will affect your tax rate also!
