    HE'S INSANE!!!
    Medically, brothers and sisters have the same blood and body defence. Having sex together will destroy their health over the time. To be safe doing that is rare and I think this man is not an actual doctor.

    That's complete nonsense. There is a risk that the sister will giv birth to a damaged child, and the obvious precaution is for her to use the contraceptive pill. The incestuous couple pose no health risk at all to each other.
