MRI Report, Can You Please Tell Me In Simple Words?
MRI report= there is grade I spondylisthesis of L4/L5 level. There is disc bulging at L4/L5 level. There is increase signal on T2W images in fact joints at L3/L4,L4/L5 and L5/S1 levels indicating facet joint arthropathy. MR myelogram is normal. Please tell me in simple words.

This basically is saying that you have multiple problems in the lumbar spine (which is the lower back). You should consult an orthopedic doctor for treatment and pain management options.

Report is contradictory. At the end it says normal MR myelogram (spine ) but in details it reports
- Forward displacement of lumbar 4/5 vertebrae.
- These lumber 4/ 5 vertebrae are bulged (disc herniation or push out)
- Facet joints at Lumbar 3/4, 4/5 and lumbosacral 5/1 vertebrae are having arthritis.
