How Fast Can Melanoma Cancer Appear?

Like In One Day, The Size Of A Dime? I have a discoloration on my upper back (shoulder area), size of a dime that has virtually appeared over night. Any chance this drastic of a change could be melanoma?

Well, Melanoma usually doesn't appear over night. And most of the cases seen are medically adopted from their family which means that if anybody in your family or in your earlier generation has the disease can be passed on but usually among individuals it's not seen. And above all the disease does not appear over night.
