I Try And Feed My Baby Every 3 Hours Sometimes She Will Take It Other Times She Won't, Why?

When i think she is hungry I try and feed her but she wont always take it she screams her head then falls a sleep. She hardly sleeps during the day and its effects her feeding times and how much she drinks, I'm worried if she is drinking enough?

I must tell you like my Dr. Told me yes they have a feeding time,but they also know when they are hungry,and if she doesn't eat at that time she will be hungry later so fed her than, I don't know of any baby that sticks to the pattern set forth for them,eating,sleeping none of that once they are at home....
