Where Do You Get Shaymins Event?

Shaymin event hasn't been released yet over the nintendo wi-fi network. To get it you either have to visit the pokemon store in New York or buy an action replay and program in the following code.

When you go to NYC or use the above code enter a poke mart (hold L + R first if using an action replay) and talk to a mailman in a green uniform. He will give you a letter from Professor oak, Go meet him at route 224 like he requests and the rest will be obvious. Shaymin is level 30 so bring a pokemon around that level or somebody with false swipe to catch him.
