Why Won't My 1990 Cadillac Deville Crank When All The Electrical Items Will Come On?
When i turn the key everything comes on like it's supposed to it just won't actually turn over and crank could it be the sensor chip on my key?

If its an automatic transmission, you might check the neutral safety switch on the shifter.

Check your battery leads, they may have come loose and get your starter motor checked.

It was the wire on the ignition switch i had to take off the steering wheel and gut the collum than pull the ignition switch where i found the wire broke.
