Are You, 'Your Own Worse Enemy,' Or Are You, 'Your Own Best Friend'?

We are our own worst enemy when we, knowingly, make bad decision for us, mostly in anger.

And, we are our own best friend when we make decisions that are better
for us but it should not involve hurting others because at the end If
we hurt others It will not only be scolding us inside(If we have flame
of humanity left in us) but It will also be "punishful" for us at the
day of judgement.

I am against my self because I am abipolar person and i think finally i have amultiple personality so i think in most time I am against my self.

I can honestly say I am my own worst enemy. I sometimes forget my worth and have to be reminded. We as women are amazing and, can accomplish any thing we set our mind to. There is almost no limit to what we tackle day to day; that's why we are so irreplaceable! But, we still love to be reminded lol!!!!!!!!!

I heard Trisha Yearwood speak several years ago at a Tony Robbins rally.  She said that we, women must learn to promote ourselves and our causes.  She said that if we don't promote ourselves then who the heck do we think is going to.  That made me start thinking.  I am quick to point out my mistakes or shortcomings to other people.  I rarely claim my talents or achievements. So I am indeed my own worse enemy!  I am trying to share my successes with  others but still find it hard to talk about the good things in my life.

I think that I am my own worst enemy because I often do things that I have to regret later.
But sometimes I think that I'm my best friend because no one knows myself better than me, and no one treats me kinder than me.

I am my best friend. But when i get annoyed i am my own worst enemy. Until last year I was my own worst enemy. Now i am able to control my temper

Rarely I am my own best friend. To be I have to achieve something I have always wanted to or do something really good.

Kkkatie, that is a learned thing for some of us. I use to be my own worse enemy. Insulting and making fun of myself. I prophesied disaster and woe upon myself daily. I had a hard time accepting compliments. I am learning to be my best friend, a little at a time.
