    To Get Legal Guardianship Of A Child, Do You Have To Go Through The Court System Or Can You Fill Out The Forms And Have It Notarized?

    I am trying to get guardianship of a child and I was told you could get the papers off the Internet and have them signed by the to party's and in front of a notary and have it notarized would work, so just trying to find out if this was ok?

    I would recommend you to go through a formal and the most legal process and that is a court system so to avoid any kind of hassle in the future, and it's my sincere advice to you.
