    Systolic pressure is the maximum pressure in the arteries. It is also known as high blood pressure. My whole family is suffering from this disease. Actually its genetic in our family. The normal systolic blood pressure is 120 mm/hg. My mother's blood pressure shoots to 230 sometimes. There are number of causes. The major causes are STRESS, HIGH AMOUNT OF SALT IN DIET, OBESITY, DISBALANCE IN OMEGA 3 AND 6 RATIO, GENETICS, LACK OF EXERCISE.
