In Florida Can A Lease Agreement Be Voided Renters Are Served Foreclosure Papers?

Answer Question

Sure can if something like property foreclosure papers are served that is way beyond your control when you faithfully signed the lease papers. But you can stay put until someone authorized tells you that you have to get out if that even happens. All this means is the property is in foreclosure not that the ats are being closed down and a new buyer may come along better then the current owners

I'm a business owner an signed a lease agreement to lease before i've made my initial  deposit on the lease office space i signed 04/ 21/ 2009 the lease takes effect 05/01/2009.
Now do i have three days to change my mind not to lease this office even if that clause is not  in the lease agreement in florida.
