I loved the old favorite - the Andy Griffith Show. Opey was the cutest little kid of all time. Don Knotts was hilarious in his role, and who wouldn't want Aunt Bea cooking for them? :)
'Perfect Strangers' was my favorite TV serial when I was a kid. It was a comedy drama serial with lot of fun and excitement. The two main characters of drama were friends, who were sharing a house. They were out of their homes for employment.
Andy Griffith was my all-time favorite also - Barney sure made the show worth watching! And Aunt Bea, Opie, Gomer and Otis...Remember the episode with Barney and Gomer: "Citisens arrest-citisens arrist!
Family Affair, MASH, Love Boat, Fantasy Island, DifferentStrokes, Cosby Show, Facts of Life, Falcon's Crest, Dallas, Brady Bunch, Bewitched, Underdog, Captain Kangaroo, Fat Albert.........
Probably reruns of I Love Lucy. Lots of the ones mentioned above were favorites of mine, too. A short list: Andy Griffith, Father Knows Best, The Wild Wild West, Maverick, Gilligan's Island (shameful to admit, but hey, we were kids and it was on), Match Game, I Dream of Jeannie, Bewitched, Gomer Pyle - most of these were in reruns. First run - Mary Tyler Moore, All in the Family, Carol Burnett, Laugh In, Mannix, Ironside, Bob Newhart. Yes, I know what you're thinking, we did watch a lot of TV, but this was before they knew that it turned people into lazy slobs. Oh wait, no it wasn't, we just didn't care.
