Freestyle battle is not an easy task. It cannot be done by anybody. One needs to be highly creative with words. Memorized words or the words of another rapper used in a battle are an act of dishonour. You need to be very original and should have the ability of thinking quick. During the battle you need to disrespect your opponent for his appearance or his lack of rap style or whatever you may find of his amusing. There is a live audience present there, so make sure you don't disrespect them because the audience is the only source of gaining respect and losing respect. There is also money involved in some battles, so you have to make sure you do a good job and not get nervous.
