I Need A Fitness Plan. Any Suggestions?

Ok so I am 5'8" and only weigh 105 lbs. I know that is a low weight for me, however i am not exactly willing to just eat a lot to gain weight, in fact i don't eat hardly at all because when i do i feel like my stomach swells like a balloon and makes me look fat. I need some exercises that will help me to tone my stomach and legs. Any suggestions?

    The newest craze, Yoga! Someone that is especially thin would be an ideal candidate for this exercise. It will tone you, stretch you and tighten everything! It is a great form of fitness. In fact any stectching and limbering routine like dance or Tia-chi would give you the results I believe your seeking.

      Go to fitnessmagazine.com and its good there's cardio workouts and other stuff its good if your a mom because my mother uses it .
