How Will I Know If I Am Going Through The Menopause?

Answer Question

What a terrible thing to have to go through, ugh, I know it too well. You will get hot flashes, that seem to radiate up from the chest, an you will get night sweats too, that is a terrible thing when trying to sleep. You aren't officially in menopause until you haven't had your cycle for a full year. Right now it would be called perimenopause. You are more emotional, and shorter tempered too. There are over the counter medicines and herbals that you can use to help you through this, and it helps a lot for most women. But, if you have to take blood thinners for any reason, you can't take any of these medicines. If you do, talk to your doctor about it, and they might script you for some clonidine or something like that. I know it helps me quite a bit. Hope this helps, good luck to you.
