Recently I Got A Job At A Reputed Place...but They Are Asking For A 4 Year Bond, Since They Will Be Giving A Training On Oracle E Business Suit...GL,AP,AR,EAM. What Should I Do?
Recently i got a job at a reputed place...but they are asking for a 4 year bond,since they will be giving a training on oracle e business suit...The modulels which will be covered are GL,AP,AR and EAM ,tell me what i should do.The reason for this bond is the amount of cost they are incurring...as they say..

I am not aware of any company that makes its employees sign a 4-year bond. Also there are specific regulations with regards to such practices. Having said that, if you are starting fresh in your career, do not have experience with enterprise software like Oracle apps, and the termination fees of the contract will not destroy you, it might not be a bad idea to join the company. Such training will increase your market value significantly. Also it is indeed very expensive. BTW, most imp - How many days, weeks or months is the training? If it is just a month or two - think carefully before deciding and check out the company. At least 3-6 month training buddy!
What is the salary? If that is not good either then forget it!
