If Im Makeing A Pizza Dough And Im Useing Bread Flour Do I Need To Add Yeast?

Also if i do (i dont have any yeast) is there a way i can make pizza dough without yeast?

    Well, you could catch some native yeast, which is all around us all the time, by making a sourdough starter, but that could take from days to weeks.  Then longer for your dough to rise a bit.

    It sure would be easier & faster to go to the store and buy some yeast or even some pizza dough (refrigerated, near the Pillsbury biscuits and cinnamon rolls).  Or go to a pizza place...some places will sell you a wad of dough for a buck or so.

      If that is what the recipe calls for. I don't think there is yeast in bread flour.
