Researchers have not found any genuine reasons of grass eating in dogs. Many theories have been put forward but none of them have been proved. The only reason which seems to be correct is because dogs like taste of grass.  So, you can not do any thing for grass eating in dogs.

Eating or chewing of own hairs in dogs can be due to stress or itching due to allergy. You should take your dog to vet if he/she is chewing his own fur. If your dog eats other dog's hairs then it is not good for canine health because hairs are not digested and can cause obstruction in GI tract.
