How Do You Hypnotize People?

Hypnotism works through relaxing a person to the point where their conscious filters are compromised and one can directly embed commands in their sub-conscious minds. The subconscious mind regulates all involuntary processes and subliminally controls your impulsive reactions. Thus, an individual could be treated for several mental disorders or it could also be used for entertainment purposes. A formal Hypnotic process involves three parts i.e., relaxation, deepening by backward counting and finally subliminally programming commands into an individual's subconscious mind.

I don't know if it has been found to be a sure thing. A form of it would be if you work on a person or persons and make a believer out of them.  Should a person become too relaxed, I would think you would not trust anything they said while they are "under".  If you are a believer that it is a sure thing, you can easily be deluded.  There are people that are trained to assist people in relaxing their brains and bodies.  Shortly after that person becomes trusting and say or do whatever the Hypnotist suggest. It is probably like the "laughing gas" one might receive when having dental work done, it makes you feel you don't care about what is happening around you.  So instead of  using gas, Others can use techniques to have you in a relaxed state.
