Snakes have fascinated men by the creepy atmosphere they carry around themselves. Snakes are one of the most feared creatures on Earth. They have an unexplained scary look that is perhaps the most probable cause for people to get frightened by them.
Snakes are from the Class Reptilia that means that they are Reptiles.
Being Reptiles, they have the characteristic scaly skin, which is shed every year or so. They don't have a full set of teeth. Most snakes have two characteristic fangs hanging from the top jaw, and a few small ones on the lower jaw. The teeth are either used for grasping, or for injecting poison in the prey. Teeth are not used for chewing food.
The snake does not take prey in pieces. Most of the snakes engulf their prey as a whole. Different snakes have different ways to kill their prey. Snakes have an oval cylindrical body which looks a lot like a pipe. The anterior end is wider than the back or end, that is, the head region is broader than the tail.
Snakes in photography, unpopular though, are a great topic. Snakes have different habits and capturing them with the camera is highly dangerous and tricky.
