If you dog is completely staying away from food, then there are several reasons for it. Of course, without a full list of symptoms, I can give several options to you.
One could be that she has a stomach problem, like a virus. If she is also vomiting, this could be it. She could also have a heart problem that is making her listless and unable to eat. She could also have a low electrolyte count, and she could quickly get dehydrated.
I would suggest that you try feeding her by hand. Make a dish of cooked ground beef with rice and see if she won't eat this. Sometimes simple food like this can make a dog start eating again. If she starts eating again in the next 48 hours, then it was probably something that was in her system and needed to be passed. If not, I would suggest you take her to a local vet for a full test.

Well, i am a veterinarian and if she is not eating or drinking at all she could have a digestive problem. Or if shes old, her teeth and or her gums hurt.
