I Would Like The Latin Translation To The Phrase "Brothers Forever".

I came up with "Fratris Aeternum" using online sources but I am not sure if it is grammatically correct. The phrase will be incorporated into a tattoo to honor a friend who passed away. Thank you for any help you can offer.
