I Know I Should'nt Rush My Online Dateing But He Is Already Telling Me He Loves Me I'm Just Wondering If Its Lust Or What... I Mean We Vibe So Well So Confuse? Help

Your intuition is telling you that something about this guy isn't quite right.  There is NO way that someone whom you only know online ( have you met in person yet? ) is telling you he loves you?  That is just desperate and creeeeeepy!!  Is he telling you he loves you just to hook up?  Is he telling you he loves you so he can con you out of some $$$?
I would do a background check on this one, my hair would raise on my neck if some guy came on this strong from just an online dating experience!!!

Online dating can be successful. Be careful, give only info that is really necessary, but no way, no how for the traditionally proven "if you love me, or I love you" lines without checking this guy out and the "flags" your feelings and mind are telling you.
