Do Our Points And Blurtit Rating Give Us Privileges?
Are there things we can do (Besides linking) when we reach a new level that we couldn't before?

The only real difference in privilege from new member (I believe it's called Baby Blurter) to higher levels is that at the lowest level of points, one cannot (supposedly) post links in answers--yet I have sen it happen consistently. All other levels of blurters have same privileges. Basically, levels and points are irrelevant here--other than it can make the individual blurter feel like they are "someone". Points have no meaning here other than how many Q's (or previously, debates) one has answered. Points accumulation says virtually nothing about how well those questions have been answered, and does not speak as to quality of contributions overall, unfortunately.
