    To start with you can do is by sitting, standing or even lying down. First you need to focus on the muscles, while doing so remember that you thighs and buttocks need to be relaxed. You need to concentrate really hard while doing all these exercises. Try and squeeze your muscles up and gradually lift them up. Imagine your muscles are moving up slowly by slowly. Once you have tightened up your muscles try and release them really slowly.

    Some of the exercises that you can perform is by holding for about 5 to 10 seconds and then slowly release it. You can do this for around 10 times. Next squeeze and lift really fast hold for 2 seconds and immediately release. Do this for around 10 minutes.
