Lacrosse basically is a team sport which is played by ten players, all of whom play the game with the help of a netted stick, with the basic idea or catching and passing a solid rubber ball with the main aim of scoring goals.
You need to follow particular guide lines in order to make your stick perfect depending on which position you play in. If you play in midfield or striker position your lacrosse pocket should have a length of 40 to 42 inches. The stick of a defender usually has a pocket length of anywhere between 52 to 72 inches. The head of the crosses should be approximately 6.5 to 10 inches wide, excluding the goal keepers Crosse which roughly between 10 to 12 inches wide.

Geta mojo and sci ti or a scandium by stx only and string with 6 diamond mesh with extremely tight top wall and normal side walls with loose shooters all next to each other. Make the pocket low. THe mojo with the sci ti or scandium makes the stick top heavy and makes cradling so much easier because you get a great feel for the ball. The mojo almost never misses a scoop beause of its flatness. For some reason sticks now have round scoops. The stringing makes the stick have extremely good hold along with accurate passes with out whip. I use this in games and it is the only stick that i like. A mojo is $40-60 and a sci can be $60-90. The original sci not the new one. THe sci ti is like $130- 155 and it is the premiere not the pro. I had both sci and sci ti. I loved them both but i broke the sci in half on a check so i needed to get a stronger shaft.
