This Question Is Answered:
I have 3 cats. Two are sisters and have always gotten along. The third is old and about to die. Within the past week, one has been constantly picking a fight with the other who has been hiding for days. Help?

With having an older cat, if you have had it all its life, it is basically the dominant force of the house cat wise. Since the 2 females can probably sense that the older cat is dying, they are probably trying to figure out a new dominance structure in their animal world. This probably will not stop until the older cat passes away, and the dominance is decided between the other two. The best thing that you could do, even though it can sound mean, is drag the other cat out of hiding, shut all doors and make the 2 interact and work it out without the running and hiding.
