If the channels are locked, its because it may have been locked by setting a pin code for parental guidance. Not authorised to view these channels and could be that the channels are not paid for. If you are responsible for paying the bills, then I suggest you speak to those who do and if not, then contact the the company to unlock the channels you wish to view.
