Go to the clinic for further examination. Is your period late?
You could be pregnant still with just your right tube. Get a home pregnancy test in the meanwhile before you go to the clinic. Make sure you go to the doctors they can do further test to be sure. Hope this helps.

Thanks for your response guys I was pregnant and the doctor did an unnecessary surgery that later resulted in a miscarriage.

I had my left tube and ovary removed and they had even cut my uterus and caused scaring and I still managed to conceive two beautiful - healthy full-term boys.

Since you still presumably have a remaining functioning ovary and your right fallopian tube, it is still quite possible you have become pregnant.  And there is no reason if you are indeed pregnant that your symptoms wouldn't be the same as when you were pregnant before.  I suggest you see a doctor soon if you suspect you are, ---or if available to you, you certainly could do an at-home early pregnancy test.  In the US, these are available at any drugstore for between $15-$20 USD.  Good luck to you.
