There are ways with which you can become a motor rider in the UK and one of the institutes that I would like to suggest to you is European ATV Safety Institutes that provides a recognized Riders Training Course. The course includes 15 lessons in it and if somebody is taking this course he will be trained right from entry level to the experienced one; and also they train you to take care of any minor problem that can happen while riding.
The fee is also quite well subsidized and you are required to pay only £90 for each person.
