I Have A 2000 55" Philips Set. It Powers On The Green Led On The Front Panel But Doesnt Come Alive. I've Tried The Hard Reset. I've Looked Hard For Bulging Caps And Fried Parts. No Sound No Picture No Flyback Charge Noise. Any Idea Where To Start?

First measure the output voltage of your power supply that goes to the horizontal deflection
circuits.
If it is about 75V then have your flyback replaced.
If it is about 135 or over , horizontal oscillator is blocked
if it is almost zero, your horizontal output transistor is shorted.
