How Can I Terminate My Rental Agreement?

I have signed a 12 month contract for renting a flat, but shortly after realised that I'm paying way too much and the property is in run down condition. I am 4 months into the contract and was wondering is there any way of this agreement i.e. Getting myself evicted. Plz help!!thanks

If there is no clause in your rental agreement about terminating the contract then you can't terminate it. You have to pay the remaining 8 months rent. You can't breach your contract. Also consult with your lawyer for other obligations.
