Where Is The Arndale Centre?

The Arndale Center is situated in the United Kingdom. It is a very huge chain of shopping centers. The Arndale centers are said to be the first 'American-Styled malls ever to be erected in the United Kingdom. The first of the Arndale Centers was built in the year 1961 in the town of Jarrow. After the successful opening in Jarrow the Arndale centers were erected in the towns of Bradford, Aberdeen, Luton, Leeds, London and Pool. A total of 18 Arndale centers were built in the United Kingdom. The most famous and biggest Arndale center is located in Manchester. The Arndale in Manchester was originally built in the year 1970. The Arndale of Manchester was badly damaged in the yea 1996 during the IRA bombings. These days it is being massively re-developed, it is said that the new Manchester Arndale will be much better than the original.
