Where Is The Money Going?
For Example: You Owned A Stock Worth $100K Last July. You Sell It Today For $60K. Yes, You Have A $40K Paper Loss But Where Are Investors Putting The $60K? It Doesn't Appear To Be Back In Stocks, Or Real Estate Or Cash?

A lot of money that used to be in stocks is sitting in cash right now. What was worth $100,000 could be worth only $60,000 a month later, but that can change either way as time goes on. So a lot of investors decide to sit on cash because it can at least earn money market rates, and not lose any further principal value. But smart investors sell when everybody is greedy, and buy when everybody is scared. We'll just have to see how this plays out.
