Yes, what used to years ago be called mutts, are now being called designer dogs. They are two different breeds mated together and now have a different names. Like a Yorkiepoo which is a Yorkshire Terrier and a poodle mixed together. Also, tiny dogs were called runts of the litter and are now being called teacups and miniatures.
As long as your female is in heat any male dog will mate with her if he can get near her.
Good Luck I think you may have come up with a new breed.
You can call them pintzu!

yes ...we own a one year old pintzu...We have had a few good dogs but Jazz is the best.
It was the second litter between the red MinPin Mom and Multi ShihTzu dad.
She has the best of both ...which of course is not always the case..She swims, runs with all dogs and is very very loving and Quiet and does not shed...She looks more like the Tzu but half of the pups did and the others were more Benji like...almost affenpinscher....
no breathing problems...just a great dog...
We actually thought of breeding her to another Pintzu but we know in our hearts we are not knowledgable enough to do it correctly...I wish someone would who knew how...

Jazz...a truly wonderful Mutt...nice mix between aggressive mins and quieter Tzus...Jazz loves to swim ...Half will look like Benji half will look like tall tzus....
