Does A Landlord Have To Give A 30 Day Notice Before Raising The Rent?

Answer Question

You can go to www.wikipedia.org, and type in landlord/tenant rights. This will take you to a site where there is different areas of information that you can look into.

But generally, where I live, the landlord has to give you 30 days written notice. Hope this helps.
