My 11 Week Old Kitten Drools Severely But Only Periodically, About 3-4 Times A Day For An Hour Or So. Her Liitermate, My Daughter's Kitten, Is Also Much Larger And More Playful. What Could Be Wrong?

The kitten will sit there and her front paws, her mouth area and all around her will be all wet with what assume is drool. I've had cats for 20 years and have never seen this. This kitten has been inside all her life. I also have three adult cats. All, except the kitten, are up to date with their shots and spyed or neutered. I love this little kitten and wonder if I should take it to the vet but we are a little low on funds right now. What could it be?
