This disease is actually an inflammation of lining of large intestine. Its cause can be parasites, stress, bacteria, or anything else. Its actual cause is still not discovered yet. You should give it antibiotics. Sulfa containing drugs are a long-term remedy for this disease. Another medicine that is very common to cure it is Azulfidine (sulfasalazine). Keep on giving it prescribed medicine regularly. It will be cured soon.
