You don't have to beat the pokemon league just beat/catch giratina at spear pillar. And go to the 3 lakes of sinnoh.uxie appears at lake acuity,mespirit appears at lake verity(mespirit runs away when you talk to it),and azelf at lake valor.Good Luck
