I am a widow and from Ireland originally--a very beautiful land. Now I am retired in Colorado, and 'this beautiful here also. My lovely grown children live in Ireland, in England and one in the United States. I have 4 little grandchildren.

Well I'm from the UK. I suspect you already knew this. Blurtit actually has an amazingly diverse audience which is great as when you read some answers you can see cultural differences in opinions. Which I personally find quite fascinating! I'd quite like to know where everyone else is Blurtitng from.....

Yes, I agree! I really enjoy the diversity, as well! I hope Blurtit staff takes the suggestion we had made about using flags next to usernames to signify the country of the user. I know our partner in crime is from CA, US, and LM is in UK. Awawa is from Japan. You already know I am in the US. Thanks for taking the timetto write this answer Stephen. I am from Dublin, Ireland.I have noticed that there are all sorts of people here, from many different parts of the world.There are people here of all Nationalities, ages, Religions, viewpoints, backgrounds, interests, etc, etc...Its cool, isn't it?

Hi I think many kind of people from blurtit whose members are from different countries I think you can interact with the one you like to correspond with and arque with. it's worth for us to give our different ideas to all people from all over the world, it 's great ! for understanding people to persuade others with their opinions and experiences either.

Hey neighbor I am in upstate NY 1hr East of Niagara Falls and I am also one of the wonders of the world!!! My own world sometimes :) I live in country surroundings also to raise my kids when they were younger and now I just love peace and quiet. 30 min. To city of Rochester ny so not too secluded. It is cool to know a little about our friends!!!

i am an abstract artist, i currently live on a cattle farm in TN. i've tried both city life and country life, i chose the country to raise my children in. we visit the city for culture.

I've traveled a lot before kids and then settled into "country life" for kids too..it's great 20 min from the city. i grew up half my life w/grandparents on a small lake and went to school in city so i am 1/2 and 1/2!!!!

I hail from New Albany Indiana, right across the river from Louisville, Ky.[Derby City] but I am from Michigan originally. The Ohio river that is and it means beautiful river in Shawnee.

I grew up and graduated from college in Ohio. Due to having spent a couple of summers between semesters in Pueblo, Colorado, I determined to live in the west as soon as possible. That process took several years culminating in my wife and I raising our family here in Tucson AZ.

America! The land of opportunity! It is so good to hear that there are nice things happening to people still! Boston's nice but NYC has got much more of all the good things to choose from. Get to the Museums and Art galleries and all the other things especially the free for the going to. Good for you!
