Can I Break A Lease Due To Crime And Not Pay The Fees?
My car was broken into and about 4 months later my apartment was almost broken into. Door smashed in. I feel very unsafe and have lined up a new place to move.can I break the lease due to crime without paying the early termination fees?

Well if you can break the lease but you can argue in the court that there was security fear for your personal things and life so that could be good reason.
