    I know of  Old St. Joseph's Church in Nome. The church was built in 1901 and was later used as a storage building for a mining company.  But that would be the choice of people who move there

      Russian Catholic is the main religion for the natives that live in the villages, and in the larger cities, it is just like anywhere else.
