California (s.f.) is well known for it's year round vegetation. They are well known for their salads, and crops that grow year round. (If you can stand all the smog that is.) Florida is also another option. They are capable of growing the vegetation year round. Hope this helps. Sorry about the smog thing, Ak, doesn't suffer with it.
