Google a program called "Frame shots" it might be frame-shots.com.....but anyways, its really simple all you have to do is play the video and hit "snap picture" while its playing at any spot you want a picture of.
You can also do it through windows Movie maker, which should come with every windows program. Theres just a few more steps doing it that way!
