I have had a bullet in me for the last 30 years and I haven't had any problems with it. Its located in my hip close to the saictic nerve which is why it wassn't removed.

There is no safe amount of lead, Lead finds its way into bone marrow when you drink dairy products.  Lead antagonizes the body's ability to ward off and fight disease particularly because it gets into bone marrow.  Even a tiny amount of lead can do allot of damage simply because that tiny amount keeps antagonizing the body.

I have the same thing from a bullet in my leg over 30 years ago and only now is it starting to radiate pain in several spots thropughout that side of my body. I wonder if too much vit.c has exposed it?

its unlikely.odds are very small.you do have to take in account for the location of the bullet and if it fragmented. I.e,the liver or heart, spine etc....harpo

OK I will try As one guy who lives and owns also does his own reloads the slug is low in lead content do to environmental concerns they are not PURE lead they have metal aloes;the amount of harmful lead lets the body absorb a very "safe" amount and what lead there is passes thru harmlessly.I hope my answer is more specific for you.
