    Yes, If the genes work out in a certain way. But, it is VERY unlikely.

      No because blue eyed people are  pure breeding ie homozygous recessive and neither parent has a brown eyed gene to contribute and all children of such a union will be blue eyed.    But in nature mutations can and do happen and it is a way out possibility that a mutation in either of your sex cells could produce a brown eyed child but it is highly unlikely.
