Is There Any Difference Between Assignment And Delegation?

　　Hi, there is the different between assignment and delegation, which is in stead of someone's work or on behalf of someone , devolution of someone 's ,but assignment is a duty that we should do for the company or someone who designates us to do for him as we are a designee. anyway there are a few meaning so few of them are the same either.

Assignment is transferring responsibility and accountability. Whereas delegation is the process by which responsibility and authority for performing a task (function, activity, or decision) is transferred to another individual who accepts that authority and responsibility.
